Does OSEA ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?


How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS.

How soon after I purchase will my order ship?

All orders ship within 1-2 business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard or free shipping in California takes about 1-2 business days. Orders shipping to the West Coast and Midwest take 3-5 days and East Coast 5-7 days.

What is the cost to ship my order?

Standard Ground Shipping to anywhere in the U.S.A. (including Hawaii & Alaska)

Orders < $75 = $7.95

Orders $75+ = FREE

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes. Express shipments must be placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Time to ship the same day.

Fedex Express Saver (2-3 days) (not available for Hawaii, Alaska)

Does OSEA ship internationally?

Yes we ship to most countries. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Pricing will follow the basic guidelines below:

Canada - from $8.95(based on weight)

International Shipping - from $14.25(based on weight)

Sorry, OSEA does not ship to Italy at this time. 

What is OSEA’s return policy?

We stand by our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your OSEA products you may send them back to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or credit, minus the shipping charges.

Please note: We only process returns for products purchased at www.oseamalibu.com. 


To return the product for a refund, please send an e-mail to Janou at janou@oseamalibu.com to receive your Return Authorization Number.  Please include your order and/or invoice number (if you have it).  


Securely wrap your package.  OSEA is NOT responsible for returned items lost and/or broken in transit. Please note, all orders shipped with a promotional Gift With Purchase, must include the gift item with the return if the value of the returning products disqualify the order from the promotion. If the gift is not included, the value of the gift will be deducted from return.

As soon as we receive the product, we will issue you a refund minus the shipping charges (if you were charged shipping on your original order).
