I use this in rotation with the milder Ocean Cleansing Milk. If you can only afford one and you’re a bit oily or take in lots of environmental toxins (like, you live in a city), buy this one. It cuts through the mess, it’s a little spicy, and you’ll sort of feel like you took your skin to confession at the end of the day and the sea goddesses absolved you.

I love this face wash. I received a sample of it YEARS ago in a beauty box subscription and I have not gone back. It is so gentle but so effective in making my face feel clean, my pores feel refreshed, and above all once I started using it I noticed a decrease in oil levels + acne levels around that time of the month (so it keeps it from getting too bad). It is pricier than conventional counterparts but one bottle lasts me so long and the difference in my skin is just so noteworthy I will not be changing anytime soon.

Ocean cleanser is hands down my favorite cleanser. I use it as the second step in my double cleanse at night and by itself in the morning. My skin never feels dry or tight after using this, just soft and clean. And it smells so nice!
