The vagus nerve activates the body’s relaxation response and helps regulate stress. Named after the Latin word for “wandering,” the vagus nerve is the longest cranial nerve in the body.
| How: | Dispense oil into your hands and rub together. Cup hands to your nose and inhale deeply. Lightly massage in a circular motion along both sides of your neck. Gently rub behind your earlobes. Avoid face. |

A nourishing blend of apricot, avocado, grapeseed, jojoba seed and meadowfoam seed oils soften and moisturize the skin.

I was very skeptical about purchasing this item and I thought it was a placebo. But truly this oil calms me down and genuinely relaxes you, I have high cortisol and I get stressed out easily, I am so a sufferer of having anxiety and panic attacks. Although, I have worked my way into not having panic attacks no more I do still get easily stressed out. This oil just smells amazing, like lemon balm, and it just makes me melt into my own self because I feel so good after using it. Highly recommend!

I love this stuff! I use it every night before bed and it really helps me calm down after a long, stressful day. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive for only .5oz/wish you got more product for the high price tag. That being said, I will continuously repurchase. Thank you Osea <3

5-stars for the Vagus Nerve Oil. I have the traveler set with a roller ball, and I really prefer this for the Vagus Nerve Oil. Would you consider switching this size bottle to a roller ball as well? It would also be great to have an even larger size than this one!

Ok I just received this oil for Christmas and used it for the first time last night and it is amazing. I have an auto immune disease that causes me to be very restless at nigt and I get this feeling like all my nerves are pulsing and I can’t get comfortable. So I put some behind my ears on the back of my neck and immediately felt calm and relaxed. And I slept so well. This stuff is magic and I need more!

I can't even begin to describe how delicious this oil smells. It's both incredibly calming & happy at the same time. It smells like a freshly baked lavender lemon scone with some minty spice thrown in. Please never stop making this oil blend!
