I don’t understand why the formula changed! I was shocked when I applied my restock. I’m so used to the pleasant smell of the old formula. This version doesn’t even come close. Please acknowledge the consumers frustration here - so many of us are saying the same thing!!

Please bring back the original. I finally found something that works but now I can't find it anywhere! It was so refreshing and light! The new formula smells bad and leaves my skin feeling sticky :(

I’ve never loved another product for my acne more than the original blemish balm! The new one just isn’t what it use to be! I was the best product for my hormonal acne!

The original cream was my go to moisturizer. My blemish prone skin was clear and hydrated. Now that I am using the new formula, my skin feels oily and new breakouts are forming. Very disappointed. Bring back the original formula!

I've been using this balm for years, and think of it as critical to my acne recovery. I'm so disappointed that it's been reformulated. For me, the new formula smells much worse than the original, and may have contributed to new break outs. </3

For those wondering: I've switched to the Atmosphere Protection Cream instead as my daily and nightly base. Using for two weeks and so far so good.

I've been ordering this for quite a while and noticed something is different with this last bottle I ordered, my face actually has been breaking out more :( It's a shame because the old formula worked great! Please change it back. I don't think I'll be ordering anymore since it's not helping my skin out like it used to.

I was so excited to try out this blemish balm. I saw that several others were talking about the new formula and disliking the new scent, but I decided to risk it and ordered it. Unfortunately, I found the scent to be too unpleasant to even want to try it. It smelled very medicinal and the herbs did not make a good scent. It was not refreshing and I was bummed. I gave it two stars because the return process was really easy.

I loved the original blemish balm - I’d never let my bottle run out without having another on hand. The new formula has completely messed with my skin. Please make the original formula an option! It was my the key to my skincare & keeping blemishes away.
