1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The OSEA Golden Ticket to Glow Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by OSEA International, LLC dba OSEA Malibu (“Sponsor”), located at 1795 Washington Way, Venice, CA 90291. The Promotion consists of ten (10) prizes, as set forth in greater detail herein. The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). There are two (2) ways to participate in the Promotion, each of which carries an equal chance of receiving a Golden Ticket (as defined below): (i) place a direct-to-consumer order at oseamalibu.com during the Promotion Period, and Sponsor will include one (1) printed OSEA Journal newspaper insert (“OSEA Newspaper”) with the order, while supplies last; or (ii) request an OSEA Newspaper without making a purchase using the alternate method of entry (“AMOE”) described in Section 3 below. Persons who receive an OSEA Newspaper are referred to herein as “you” or an “Entrant.” Purchasing does not increase an Entrant’s chance of receiving a Golden Ticket or of winning. Ten (10) of the OSEA Newspapers distributed during the Promotion Period will contain a panel bearing a unique alphanumeric prize code (each, a “Golden Ticket”). The Golden Tickets are inserted at random into the total supply of OSEA Newspapers prior to distribution, and OSEA Newspapers mailed in response to AMOE requests are drawn from the same randomized supply as those shipped with orders. Each valid, verified Golden Ticket code entitles the holder to claim one (1) Prize (as defined below), subject to these Official Rules. To claim a prize, a person (hereinafter, the “Claimant”) must follow the claim method described in Section 4 below. Each verified Claimant shall hereinafter be referred to as a “Winner.” By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of claim are eligible to participate, and must not be employees, or immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) or household members of employees, of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Purchase Method. Sponsor will include one (1) OSEA Newspaper with each order of OSEA products placed at oseamalibu.com during the Promotion Period, while supplies last. Placing an order is not required to receive an OSEA Newspaper or to win, and does not improve an Entrant’s chances of receiving a Golden Ticket. Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary). To receive an OSEA Newspaper without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address (street address, city, state, and ZIP code), email address, date of birth, and the words “OSEA Golden Ticket to Glow” on a plain 3″ x 5″ card and mail it in a hand-addressed #10 envelope bearing sufficient first-class postage to: OSEA Malibu – Golden Ticket to Glow, 1795 Washington Way, Venice, CA 90291. AMOE requests must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2026 and received no later than October 5, 2026. Limit no more than three (3) AMOE requests per person for the duration of the Promotion Period. Requests that are illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, generated by automated or robotic means, or submitted in bulk are void. Sponsor will mail one (1) OSEA Newspaper per valid AMOE request, while supplies last. OSEA Newspapers mailed in response to a valid AMOE request have the same chance of containing a Golden Ticket as OSEA Newspapers shipped with orders. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, or undeliverable mail. Golden Ticket Conditions. Golden Tickets are seeded at random and are void if not obtained through an authorized method described in these Official Rules. Golden Tickets and prize codes may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, transferred, assigned, or offered for sale, and any Golden Ticket or prize code that is sold, transferred, copied, reproduced, forged, altered, mutilated, tampered with, or otherwise irregular is void. Sponsor is not responsible for Golden Tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, destroyed, or not received, and Sponsor will not replace them. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who obtains, or attempts to obtain, a Golden Ticket or prize code in violation of these Official Rules.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: An Entrant who receives a Golden Ticket in their OSEA Newspaper (a “Claimant”) must email the unique prize code appearing on the Golden Ticket to OSEA Customer Care at giveaway@oseamalibu.com so that it is received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. PT on October 31, 2026 (the “Claim Deadline”). An automatic reply will be sent containing a link to an official claim form. The Claimant must complete and submit the claim form in full – including full legal name, date of birth, email address, U.S. shipping address, the unique prize code, confirmation of age and residency eligibility, and agreement to these Official Rules – within five (5) days after the automatic reply is sent, and in all events no later than the Claim Deadline. Claims submitted after the Claim Deadline will not be honored. Limit one (1) Prize per person and per household. Each unique prize code may be redeemed only once; duplicate submissions of the same code will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for claim submissions that are late, lost, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, or not received for any reason. All submitted prize codes will be verified against Sponsor’s official list of the ten (10) valid prize codes, which is maintained by Sponsor. Each valid, verified prize code will be awarded one (1) Prize. If the same valid prize code is submitted by more than one person, the Prize will be awarded to the Claimant whose claim is first verified by Sponsor. Codes that are invalid, duplicative, forged, altered, or that cannot be verified will be disqualified, and Sponsor’s determination as to the validity of any code is final and binding. Any Prize corresponding to a Golden Ticket that is not claimed and verified on or before the Claim Deadline will not be awarded. Sponsor will notify each verified Claimant by email at the address provided on the claim form within seven (7) days after Sponsor verifies the claim. Each verified Claimant is referred to herein as a “Winner.” Sponsor will ship the Prize (or the first installment thereof) within approximately thirty (30) days after verification of the claim and Sponsor’s receipt of all documents required under these Official Rules. As a condition of receiving a Prize, a Winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, a publicity release (except where prohibited by law), and an IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days of the date the documents are sent. Winners must also confirm their U.S. shipping address within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond or to return the required documents within the applicable period, the return of any notification as undeliverable, or a Claimant’s ineligibility, non-compliance with these Official Rules, or declination of a Prize prior to award, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize at Sponsor’s sole discretion, in which case Sponsor may award the Prize to another eligible Claimant or elect not to award the Prize at all.

5. PRIZES: Ten (10) Prizes are available to be won. Each prize consists of a one (1) year supply of OSEA Undaria Algae™ Body Oil, awarded as twelve (12) full-size units (5 fl oz each) at a retail value of $52.00 per unit. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per prize: $624.00 (each, a “Prize”). Total ARV of all Prizes: $6,240.00. Prizes will be shipped in four (4) quarterly installments of three (3) units each, with the first installment shipped as set forth in Section 4 above. Prizes will be shipped only to a valid street address in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Winners are solely responsible for notifying Sponsor of any change of address, and Sponsor is not responsible for any installment shipped to the address last provided by the Winner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or any portion thereof with a prize or portion of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize (or any portion or installment thereof) becomes unavailable or is discontinued for any reason. All expenses and costs not expressly identified above as part of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. For clarity, ten (10) individual Winners will each receive one (1) Prize consisting of the foregoing.

6. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: The Prizes will be awarded only if the potential prize winner(s) fully complies with these Official Rules. All portions of the prize(s) are non-assignable and non-transferable. All details and other restrictions of the prize(s) not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No cash alternative or substitution of a Prize will be allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value as provided in Section 5.

Winners shall be responsible for all federal, state, local, and income taxes (if any) associated with winning a prize. Winners may be required to furnish their social security number for the sole purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, hometown, and biographical information for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission. Where such consent may not lawfully be conditioned on acceptance of a Prize, Sponsor will request a separate written publicity release, and a Winner’s refusal to grant such release will not result in forfeiture of the Prize. The prizes set forth herein are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners acknowledge that Sponsor does not make, nor is in any manner responsible for, any warranty or representation, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness, or merchantability of any aspect of the prizes being offered, except that each merchandise prize shall be subject to the Sponsor’s typical standard warranty, if any. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify this Promotion, in whole or in part, if fraud, tampering, counterfeiting, technical failures, printing or production errors, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupts or impairs the integrity, security, administration, or proper functioning of the Promotion. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the Prizes from among the eligible, non-suspect claims received on or before the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry or claim process or the operation of the Promotion; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. ODDS: Ten (10) Golden Tickets will be randomly seeded among the OSEA Newspapers distributed during the Promotion Period. The odds of receiving a Golden Ticket depend on the total number of OSEA Newspapers distributed during the Promotion Period (whether shipped with an order or mailed in response to an AMOE request), and are the same for OSEA Newspapers received by purchase and by AMOE. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Promotion, each Entrant and Claimant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such Claimant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her/their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the claim process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of claims; or (vi) typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Promotion, including but not limited to errors in any printing or in the announcement of prizes. Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, late, misdirected, or undeliverable mail or email. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit or exclude any liability that may not lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for gross negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or violation of law. Each Entrant and Claimant expressly waives the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”

9. DISPUTES: THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, Claimant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California having jurisdiction; (b) the laws of the State of California shall govern; and (c) in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall the Claimant be permitted to obtain, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than Claimant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Promotion). Claimant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

10. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information submitted in connection with this Promotion is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Sponsor website and will be used solely for Promotion administration and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://oseamalibu.com/pages/privacy-policy. By participating, each Entrant and Claimant acknowledges that Sponsor will collect and process the personal information submitted in connection with the Promotion for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, awarding and fulfilling Prizes, and complying with applicable tax and legal obligations. Sponsor does not sell, or share for cross-context behavioral advertising, the personal information collected in connection with this Promotion. Participation in the Promotion does not enroll an Entrant in Sponsor’s marketing communications. California residents may exercise the rights described in the Privacy Policy.

11. NO RELATIONSHIP: This Promotion is hosted and managed solely by OSEA International, LLC with offices at 1795 Washington Way, Venice, CA 90291 and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party social media platform, retailer, or other entity not expressly identified herein as Sponsor. Without limiting the foregoing, this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok, or any other social media platform on which the Promotion may be referenced, and each Entrant and Claimant releases each such platform from any and all liability arising out of or relating to the Promotion.

12. DISQUALIFICATION AND UNCLAIMED PRIZES: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or Claimant who Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, has violated these Official Rules, submitted false or fraudulent information, or obtained a Golden Ticket or prize code by any means other than as expressly permitted herein. If fewer than ten (10) valid claims are received and verified on or before the Claim Deadline, the unclaimed Prize(s) will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.

13. SPONSOR; WINNERS LIST; OFFICIAL RULES: Sponsor: OSEA International, LLC dba OSEA Malibu, 1795 Washington Way, Venice, CA 90291. For a copy of these Official Rules, or for a list of the Winners (available on or after December 15, 2026), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: OSEA Malibu – Golden Ticket to Glow, Attn: Winners List, 1795 Washington Way, Venice, CA 90291. Requests must be received no later than January 31, 2027. Vermont residents may omit return postage.

14. MISCELLANEOUS: These Official Rules constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the Promotion and supersede all prior or contemporaneous statements, advertisements, and communications regarding the Promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between these Official Rules and any promotional or advertising materials relating to the Promotion (including any point-of-sale, packaging, or online materials), these Official Rules control. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
