Absolutely! This is our way of saying thank you for being part of the OSEA family.

You can earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! The more points you earn, the higher your loyalty tier, which unlocks even more rewards and benefits. Check out the Ways to Earn section for details.

Log in here, visit your dashboard, and select the Ways to Redeem section to redeem your points for rewards. Pick a reward to redeem your points for $$ off your purchase with a coupon, and apply the coupon code at checkout! You must be logged in to view the number of points redeemable at checkout. A minimum of 500 points is needed to begin redemption and you have to spend a minimum of $30 above your redemption amount to apply the discount. You will see a dropdown menu that will show you the number of points you have (if any) that can be applied to your order. Coupons cannot be combined.

First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted in a box on the top of the page. You can also navigate to your dedicated rewards page to view your points balance.

Yes! To keep your points and rewards from expiring, make sure to redeem them within 3 months of earning.

Unfortunately, Sea Rewards and promo codes cannot be combined.

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account. If points were used during this purchase, the points will be returned to your account.

Yes! As a subscriber you’ll be automatically entered into our subscriber loyalty tier where you can enjoy exclusive benefits and rewards. You’ll also earn points on every subscription order (and save 10% plus free shipping!).

On your birthday! 25 points will be added to your account and you will also receive 20% off on your birthday! In order to receive your 20% off code you need to be signed up for emails. The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.

No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.

You will keep your tier status for a full year—or until you level up to the next one!

You can post as many reviews for different products as you’d like and continue earning points for each one.
