It has a butter-rich texture that is fast absorbing and non-greasy!
Undaria Algae™ Body Butter has been formulated for use on the body, so we don't suggest it for the face. To experience the benefits of Undaria seaweed on your face, try our lightweight Atmosphere Protection® Cream.
If you’re looking for a fragrance-free option, try our Seabiotic® Water Cream or Advanced Protection Cream which also include Undaria seaweed and are suitable for sensitive skin.

This body butter is very rich - but sinks into skin so not greasy. Has a lovely citrus scent, which I really like, but may not be for everyone. An accompanying spatula, to best get the product out of the jar would be welcome!

This is by far the best body moisturizer i have tried. I love so many of the Osea products but this makes my skin so soft, the fragrance is mild and doesnt irritate mye or interfere with my perfume. My skin is so supple and plump and it lasts all day. I have suffered frim dry skin my entire life and no other product has had such lasting deep effects. Clean products are a TOP priority for me and this rates a 93 on Yuka! Most personal care products are riddles with harmful chemicals!

I got this product in December 2025 to hydrate my hands in my feet however I noticed after putting it on my hands I kept feeling it burning sensation. I thought it was just my eczema flaring up but now I have realised that it’s likely this body butter. I remember they didn’t have any fragrance in it and that’s why I would go out of my way to buy the OC products however this new batch had fragrance in it and it caused me to have a hot steaming rash on my hands.

Some of our formulas include essential oils and natural fragrance, which is a blend of aromatic compounds and essential oils extracted from different parts of plants, including flowers and fruits!

The body butter is a great moisturizer! Really locks moisture in with out being greasy. I love the items from OSEA that I have purchased over the years. While I love this product, I don't love the smell (a bit metallic) the great news is that the smell doesn't last long. Highly recommend!

I usually stick to fragrance‑free body care because my skin is dry and sensitive, but this is the rare exception that truly works for me. I first noticed the Undaria Body Butter after smelling it in store, and it’s even better once it’s on the skin.
It absorbs quickly, feels deeply hydrating without heaviness, and leaves my skin comfortable and soft. Despite being scented, it’s been gentle and non‑irritating for me, which is not something I say often. The scent itself feels spa‑like and calming rather than overpowering.
This has become a staple when I want effective hydration that still feels like a little luxury moment.
