Step 1
Cleanse
Regular cleansing diminishes excess oil and removes impurities. Cleanse morning and night if you’re oily, and always cleanse after a workout. Begin with clean hands and apply Ocean Cleansing Mudd to damp skin. This seaweed-rich formula effectively unclogs pores, removes excess oil and leaves skin feeling clean and totally refreshed. Step 2
Tone & Mask
Toners or hydrating mists are an essential part of both your cleansing and treatment steps. Step 3
Meditative Massage
As your mask does its thing, apply a pea-sized amount of Vagus Nerve Oil to your hands and then to the sides of your neck. Repeat this movement three times. Next, gently glide the sculptor down your neck, starting just below the ear and repeating three times on each side. Step 4
Treat
