Hyaluronic Lip Oil Booster

Great product, but the plastic cap keeps breaking. I had one and kept it in my purse and it cracked. Which in turn made the product leak and so I could use it anymore. I reached out to customer service and they sent a replacement. I wasn’t sure if it was because I kept it in my bag and it got tossed around, so this new one I kept on my bathroom counter and after about a month it cracked again. I kept using it because I like the product but now it’s cracked in 3-4 places and starting to leak. It must be just faulty packaging… it’s a great product but I will not be repurchasing because of this.

Really wanted to love this, it’s cute for the first 10min, then it dries down quickly to a tacky dry mess. The scent undertone that is surprisingly overpowering the citrus now is kind of similar to cat p/bad iced coffee. I got this in like early February so I don’t think it has gone bad and I have 2 tubes, one for home and one for my purse, they both have the same issue. I do like the bottle and I like the idea, it is just not moisturizing my lips, they actually are flaking more after using regularly, can’t decide if the scent is in my head but I’m going to try to use them up because I don’t like wasting resources.

I've used my lip balm for 2 weeks now. I haven't seen much of a difference in my lip hydration. Also, the first time I used it, the brush applicator completely separated from the lid. It was stuck at the bottom of the jar. Luckily, it reattached when I put the lid on. But, now the gasket at the top of the jar keeps coming off when I pull the applicator out. I really enjoy Osea products, but the lip balm jar needs work.
