Gentle bi-phase cleansing oil effectively dissolves makeup (including waterproof), impurities and excess sebum—without stripping skin. Undaria seaweed leaves skin feeling soft, nourished and balanced.
This unique waterlight formula features an oil and a water phase that transform into a lightweight emulsion when shaken. Use alone or as the first step in your double cleanse routine. Dermatologist and ophthalmologist tested.

Ocean Wave Cleanser can be used on its own for daily cleansing or as the first step in a double-cleansing routine. To double cleanse, start with Ocean Wave Cleanser, then follow with your favorite OSEA cleanser for a thorough cleanse.
To remove minimal makeup: Shake well before use. Dispense on clean, dry hands and gently rub together. Massage over face, then rinse. You may notice a slight residue before towel drying, which is normal.
To remove full makeup (foundation, etc): Use a reusable cotton round. This is essential for removing foundation, as most formulas are long-wear.
To remove eye makeup: Use a reusable cotton round. This method works best for removing eye makeup.
To double cleanse: Start with the Ocean Wave Cleanser. Then follow with your favorite OSEA cleanser for a thorough cleanse.
Clean, hydrated and super soft!
It is half yellow/ half clear. The oil phase is yellow, and the water phase is clear. Once shaken, the product becomes a cloudy white shade with a yellow-ish tint.

I was so excited for this product but I’m not really impressed. Disappointing. Consistency is very thin and it’s lightweight which is nice but it doesn’t seem to clean well and I find that i still need another cleanser.

I had high hopes that this hybrid oil cleanser would function in my night routine as my primary cleanser. Disappointingly not so :-(. It just doesn't remove even light coverage foundation OR tinted sunscreen effectively enough to not use an additional cleanser. Boooo.
So, what I have done is 'flipped' to using this product as my morning routine cleanser and moved the Ocean cleanser to the night rotation. It does work as a good product prep cleanser in the morning.

I double cleanse as a part of my daily night routine and have always used another brands oil cleanser followed by the ocean cleanser. I am so glad OSEA came out with the oil based cleanser because I am for sure going to replace my other oil based cleanser with this one. I love how soft and smooth it makes my skin feels. It also does such a good job at removing my makeup. This was def the missing piece from their skin care line.

I have extremely sensitive skin and this checks all the right boxes. It cleans and refreshes my face. So far, so good.
Follow-up: I have used in the evening for about a week. I have battled with a patch of eczema on my face for years despite using other well known and very expensive cleansing products. My skin has never looked better!!
