Our Dream Night Serum with Bio-Retinol is a product we’ve always dreamed of making. “It took us a long time and many versions to perfect the formula,” explains our founder, Jenefer. The journey began with a clear vision from Jenefer, who knew that traditional retinol—one of the ultimate anti-aging ingredients—could be harsh on the skin. While she loves its smoothing and firming effects, she isn’t a fan of the redness, peeling, and photosensitivity that often comes with it.
If anyone could resolve this dilemma, it was our founder. “Our new serum was born from my desire to create a potent yet gentle retinol alternative that targets wrinkles at any age,” Jenefer says.

The star of Dream Night Serum is bio-retinol, a potent extract derived from green microalgae. It acts as a safer, stable alternative to retinol. “Bio-retinol has similar benefits to traditional retinol, including firming the look of skin and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, but without irritation or a tolerance building period. It’s a much gentler alternative and is suitable for all skin types,” explains Linda Hsiung, our Senior Manager of Product Development.

The secret to our new serum is in the combination of algae-derived bio-retinol with sustainably sourced red seaweed (Jania rubens) to visibly reduce wrinkles and improve skin smoothness. It also features tripeptide and tetrapeptide, two firming peptides that smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Plus, the hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid in our formula visibly reduces the look of even deep wrinkles.
We wanted to create something new and innovative to set our serum apart, so we identified key areas to target and carefully selected ingredients to deliver real results. The fact that Dream Night Serum works on all skin types and targets deep wrinkles makes it truly unique. “We found that a lot of products with bio-retinol or anti-aging benefits didn’t capture the various types of wrinkles that you can experience over your lifetime and we especially wanted to focus on improving the look of deeper wrinkles,” says Linda.
