  • Can I use more than one promo code at a time?

    At this time, we can only accept one promo code per order. This includes site-wide promotions.

  • When can I expect my order to ship?

    Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed with standard shipping will generally ship out within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase during our holiday promotion. As soon as your order is on the way to you, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • I received my tracking details but there are no transit updates

    Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update during this season. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. Occasionally, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

  • What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item?

    We’re so sorry to hear that! Email our Customer Care Team here within 2 weeks of delivery with your order number and the item(s) that is damaged, incorrect or missing and we will take care of you. *After 2 weeks from the delivery date, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, incorrect or missing items.

  • What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

    Don’t worry! Occasionally the postal carrier will mark the package as delivered in advance - most of the time, it'll show up a few days later. If you still can't find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.

    If the package hasn’t shown up after 5 business days and no later than 2 weeks from the delivery date, contact our Customer Care Team here with your order number so we can look into it for you!

    *After 2 weeks from the delivery date for orders delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
