I’ve tried rolling this along my wrist, keeping it stored upside down, and checking to see if there was some sort of cover I was supposed to remove on the roller ball before applying and I simply can’t not get much if any of the product out. Disappointing.

I love the rollerball applicator for this, it's very cooling and easy to apply. I am unsure how much this has helped my fine lines though, and it is so thin that if you have very dry skin, you may feel the need to use a cream after this product. For the price, I will have to use up the entire thing to make my judgement.

I would love to be able to review this product.... however I cannot get the roller ball applicator to work. I contacted customer service and they told me to roll on my hand hard before I use it on my face while pushing down on the white part holding the ball in place. I have tried and tried for days... it doesnt work!
