When I started using it, I noticed I started getting like eczema around my ankles and legs and hands didn’t know what it was until I quit using this for the last 10 days while I was out of town. When I got home last night, I took a shower covered myself with the lotion and then the oil within 15 minutes I had quarter sized welts all over my legs. My hands and fingers were super dry welding up. I had to get back in the shower and wash it up. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m super bummed because I love it.

I live in an extremely humid area and I’ve been struggling to find a cream that moisturized, didn’t feel tacky, and didn’t break me out… couldn’t find one. I decided to try OSEA’s hyaluronic sea serum and seal it in with a facial oil instead of using a moisturizer and my skin has never felt or looked better. The best part is, not a single break out since beginning the new routine without any use of irritating actives.

I have been buying this product for years and my last order had a TERRIBLE smell - I buy this specifically because I'm sensitive to parfum/fragrance and this is one of thier products that's fragrance-free.
I've never smelled anything like this before with this product. I emailed them to ask for a refund or replacement and explanation if they changed anything. I really like this product so I'll be really bummed if the smell was due to a change. Hoping it was just a bad batch.

I almost gave this two stars because so far it hasn't broken me out in a rash which is true of a lot of other brands' products. But, if I'm honest, I am SO disappointed that OSEA changed the formula on this (as confirmed by costumer service). I've used this for years, and this used to be a five star product for me. It no longer has the strong lime scent which I love, and it now smells slightly medicinal and, honestly, cheap. I hate the smell of it now. A lot. It's also gritty. It never was gritty before. I thought it was a fluke when I ordered a travel size, but the full size is the same. Why would you change something that was a best seller? This honestly just feels like corners were cut to use cheaper products. I'm so disappointed. I have incredibly sensitive skin, so it took a lot of time to find this cleanser originally, and I thought I had found a product that I could safely keep using for years. But, the new scent and texture is so off-putting when it used to be so pleasant to use. This isn't the first beloved OSEA product that has gone downhill, and I'm worried that this is a new trend which will lead me to finding a new brand of skincare. I've used OSEA products for nearly ten years now, and I've tried a good portion of all the products they carry. I dread looking for a new brand, but if this is OSEA's trend, I'm going to have to. As someone with a medical reason for sensitive skin, I can't safely use a brand that messes with their formulas without mentioning that…

This would be the 6th or 7th bottle of ocean cleanser I have purchased. I always purchase directly online from OSEA or pick up at a salon. This bottle was ordered direct. I received a brownish colored bottle. Very different product in the bottle. It did not smell fresh. But thought I would try anyway. One pump always left my face feeling fresh, clean and not at all stripped. I liked the creamy gel formula that smelled so good and spread so nicely over my skin. And I always got a bit tingly massaging the product into my skin. After using 3 pumps my skin still felt, well, unwashed. The smell is not fresh. So disappointed. I hope this is was just a bad bottle because I miss my cleanser! Am returning today for a gift card. Will order again because I know this is a wonderful product. Any way they can check the bottle before it gets sent out, please?!
