I received this product as a gift and unfortunately, a month later the plastic top of the applicator cracked in two places, without dropping just being stored in my purse. I reached out to customer service asking for a new applicator only so the wonderful lipgloss would not dry out. They responded to my email immediately, and to my delight, they sent me an entire new lip gloss not just the applicator. Their products are fantastic and their customer service went above and beyond.

My lip oil cap is completely cracked. I haven’t even dropped it. Now I can’t travel with it because it will leak everywhere. Amazing product, but upset about the packaging.
