Ocean Wave Cleanser can be used on its own as a makeup remover or as the first step in a double-cleansing routine. To double cleanse, start with Ocean Wave Cleanser, then follow with your favorite OSEA cleanser, like our bestselling Ocean Cleanser, for a thorough cleanse.
To remove minimal makeup: Shake well before use. Dispense into clean, dry palms and gently rub together. Massage over face, then rinse. You may notice a slight residue before towel drying, which is normal.
To remove full makeup (foundation, etc) & eye makeup: Use a reusable cotton round.
To double cleanse: Start with the Ocean Wave Cleanser. Then follow with your favorite OSEA cleanser for a thorough cleanse.
Clean, hydrated and super soft!
It is half yellow/ half clear. The oil phase is yellow, and the water phase is clear. Once shaken, the product becomes a cloudy white shade with a yellow-ish tint.

I have been using this Cleanser nonstop, even in the days I don’t use much makeup, it has a way to make me feel clean and hydrate at the same time. Tonight with my Halloween makeup was the true test, I was so impressed by the quick and efficient way that cleaned without needing to rub or strip my skin. I used this cleanser then in the shower I washed my face with Ocean cleanser. It’s an amazing combination for heavy makeup. All other days I use one or the other. I love the scent of this cleanser, I love everything about it. Thank you OSEA for another 5 stars product.

Overall I did initially love this product but will not be repurchasing because I need to use SO MUCH product to get my make up off when used as a first cleanse. I typically only wear tinted spf and mascara and have to use 4+ cotton rounds to get my make up off. For the size of the product I’d be going through about a bottle a month.

I have had trouble with little whiteheads on my chin forever. I’ve had facials and have tried everything out there. Once I started using this Ocean Wave cleanser my troubles were over. Within about two weeks my skin is so soft and not a sign of any whiteheads! I’ve started to collect OSEA products and have thrown out everything else I’ve ever used.
