How to use
Vagus Nerve Bath Oil (5 oz)
Fill bath with water. Generously pour onto the surface of the water and gently swirl.
Vagus Nerve Oil (.5 oz)
Lightly massage in a circular motion along both sides of your neck. Follow by gently rubbing behind earlobes.
Vagus Nerve Pillow Mist (3.4 oz)
Spray generously onto pillow and linens before bed.

This is my second bottle of the vagus nerve pillow mist and I truly love it. I’m a big fan of the aroma of essential oils and this mist helps my body relax before falling asleep.
The cap/spray nozzle does get a bit sticky after a few uses but it’s not a big deal.

Be warned: smells like Lemon Pledge furniture polish .. on fire. BUT .. it really moisturizes your skin well AND I do sleep better on the nights I add to my bath 💜.
