FAQs
The Anti-Aging Body Balm has a unique consistency that is similar to coconut oil, one of the key ingredients in the formula. Just like coconut oil, it can become thicker in cooler temperatures, and become more liquid in warmer temperatures. This is a natural characteristic of the product and doesn't affect its quality or effectiveness. Additionally, you may notice a little bit of grit in the product, which is also a natural occurrence and similar to what you would see in coconut oil. Stir well before using.
This rich and silky body balm can leave a pearl-like luminescence when applied to dry skin and leaves more of a matte finish when applied to damp skin. Apply to warm, damp skin right out of the shower for best absorption.
A pure essential oil blend with warm jasmine, rose geranium and subtle basil!
Here's a step-by-step guide to help you unlock and use your pump effectively:
1. Hold your product firmly to prevent it from spinning as you try to unlock the pump.
2. Locate the small white plastic circle right below the pump's neck and hold it tightly.
3. Using your other hand, turn the pump counter clockwise to unlock it. Note that you do not need to push down while you twist, as our pumps do not 'pop up' once unlocked.
4. To prime the pump, press down a few times until the product dispenses.
