Cleansing will be the first step in your skincare routine. For oily or blemish-prone skin: use morning and night. For normal skin types: use once or twice weekly for an exfoliating deep cleanse.
It has a scent profile of refreshing wild mint.
It’s suitable for oily, blemish-prone, and combination skin.
- Here's a step-by-step guide to help you unlock and use your pump effectively:
1. Hold your product firmly to prevent it from spinning as you try to unlock the pump.
2. Locate the small white plastic circle right below the pump's neck and hold it tightly.
3. Using your other hand, turn the pump counter clockwise to unlock it. Note that you do not need to push down while you twist, as our pumps do not 'pop up' once unlocked.
4. To prime the pump, press down a few times until the product dispenses.

| Recycling: | Remove pump and dispose of it in the trash. Clean bottle and put in your curbside recycling bin*. |

Hasn’t broken me out like most products do. The mint is refreshing. Only reason i didnt give this a 5 star is the price. $48 is not reasonably priced; especially on how small the bottle is.

I didn’t believe it but after using this BROWN cleansing mudd my skin never felt better. I have aging yet oily skin and the cleanser was so refreshing and easy to use.
No messy brown residue either. Everyone should try this! This will always be a favorite of mine.

Note where the mint (fragrance/perfume sits in the ingredients list - it should come close to last but there's more mint essential oil than jojoba seed oil or rice bran! It stung my eyes and far too powerful and I'm someone who uses peppermint oil for headaches and to keep me alert.

Out with the old. I used La Mer for decades, but in my mid-40s, during perimenopause, I’ve become more aware of endocrine disruptors in skincare. I was disappointed to learn that, despite its steep price, La Mer is not a clean brand. As someone who has battled hormonal imbalance and fibroids for years, I assumed premium meant safer ingredients—unfortunately, it didn’t. I’ve since moved to OSEA

I love my facials, every Friday is spa day so I was excited to try this face polish deep cleansing mask after switching to clean products. The texture is beautiful, and it feels nice initially, but the mint essential oil is far too intense. With my compromised skin barrier, it stung badly and even brought me to tears. On a hot summer day, the cooling effect was pleasant, but the sting outweighed it. If you have sensitive , sensitized or damaged skin, avoid this. I wish there were a reduced mint or fragrance-free option I’ll jump on it.
