FAQs
The Anti-Aging Body Balm has a unique consistency that is similar to coconut oil, one of the key ingredients in the formula. Just like coconut oil, it can become thicker in cooler temperatures, and become more liquid in warmer temperatures. This is a natural characteristic of the product and doesn't affect its quality or effectiveness. Additionally, you may notice a little bit of grit in the product, which is also a natural occurrence and similar to what you would see in coconut oil. Stir well before using.
This rich and silky body balm can leave a pearl-like luminescence when applied to dry skin and leaves more of a matte finish when applied to damp skin. Apply to warm, damp skin right out of the shower for best absorption.
A pure essential oil blend with warm jasmine, rose geranium and subtle basil!
Here's a step-by-step guide to help you unlock and use your pump effectively:
1. Hold your product firmly to prevent it from spinning as you try to unlock the pump.
2. Locate the small white plastic circle right below the pump's neck and hold it tightly.
3. Using your other hand, turn the pump counter clockwise to unlock it. Note that you do not need to push down while you twist, as our pumps do not 'pop up' once unlocked.
4. To prime the pump, press down a few times until the product dispenses.

I love this product - I use it with the retinol serum. I do not like the packaging. (Well the glass bottle is pretty) The pump and getting the product out of the bottle needs to be fixed - it almost becomes impossible to get out. It is too bad it’s not in a jar that you could just scoop out. Due to the glass bottle it’s not like I can hit the bottle to get the product out. Please consider a better container.

Additionally, the Anti-Aging Body Balm has a unique consistency, much like coconut oil, which is one of the key ingredients. It can thicken up in cooler temperatures and become more liquid in warmer temperatures — this is completely natural and doesn’t affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. You might also notice a slight grittiness, which is a normal characteristic, similar to how coconut oil behaves.
If you’re having trouble dispensing the product, we recommend removing the pump, moving it up and down quickly, and giving the product a little stir to help it pump out smoothly.

I love everything Osea so felt certain I would love this especially for the anti aging benefits but it doesn't absorb well. Leaves a greasy texture even after an hour. I guess some might call that glowy but I call it greasy. I want to be hydrated but don't want a greasy film.

The actual lotion feels great on my dry skin. I does not change the look of my older skin but I do like the moisturizing effect. However, the pump will not open, so I have to find another way to get this product out of the bottle. I found an old pump from another product, but it is not the same. This was rather expensive for this kind of problem to occur. I may not be able to justify purchasing again.

This Anti-Aging Body Balm is among the best for my body and skin. It has the perfect combination of ingredients to enrich my skin and to fight those areas more susceptible to dryness. I mix a few pumps with a bit of the Osea Body Butter and find that it keeps my skin glowing. My feet and heels stay moisturized; dryness and dullness keeps away all day. A little goes a long way. I also love the smell! I would highly recommend this and other Osea products.
