FAQs
The Anti-Aging Body Balm has a unique consistency that is similar to coconut oil, one of the key ingredients in the formula. Just like coconut oil, it can become thicker in cooler temperatures, and become more liquid in warmer temperatures. This is a natural characteristic of the product and doesn't affect its quality or effectiveness. Additionally, you may notice a little bit of grit in the product, which is also a natural occurrence and similar to what you would see in coconut oil. Stir well before using.
This rich and silky body balm can leave a pearl-like luminescence when applied to dry skin and leaves more of a matte finish when applied to damp skin. Apply to warm, damp skin right out of the shower for best absorption.
A pure essential oil blend with warm jasmine, rose geranium and subtle basil!
Here's a step-by-step guide to help you unlock and use your pump effectively:
1. Hold your product firmly to prevent it from spinning as you try to unlock the pump.
2. Locate the small white plastic circle right below the pump's neck and hold it tightly.
3. Using your other hand, turn the pump counter clockwise to unlock it. Note that you do not need to push down while you twist, as our pumps do not 'pop up' once unlocked.
4. To prime the pump, press down a few times until the product dispenses.

I use this in the shower along with the body oil prior and don't towel dry. Because of the glass bottles I place them on my shower floor. Unfortunately, my husband dropped another product right on top of my brand new (barely used) body balm and it broke! I wanted to cry, of course I had bought the largest size, but I can't go slathering lotion and broken glass all over my body.
I wish Osea would use the same bottle for the lotion and oils like they do with the body wash which I also use. Please!

I do like your product. It’s all natural, naturally smelling clean moisturizer it could sound into your skin and you feel hydrated and I only had to put it on actually one time so yes, I would recommend this part for women that are older of a woman that just wanna keep your skin beautiful

This balm is okay. It’s not nearly thick or hydrating enough for my dry skin. I mixed it with the body oil and that helped a bit. But what is most annoying is that a good 1/4 of the balm sticks to the insides/bottom of the glass container and is unable to be pumped out (see photos). I tried everything: banging it on all sides, trying to scoop with my pinky, trying to scoop with the tube of the pumper, etc, and still couldn’t get out the product. I eventually gave up and tossed it. Really obscenely expensive to be wasting 1/4 of product due to packaging issues. If they dropped the price and changed to a jar style packaging, I may purchase in the future. Otherwise, disappointing.

Love the product but, as other reviewers have pointed out, it is a real task to get the last fifth of a thick balm out of the tall glass container. Needs to be in some kind of tub!
