I liked the product, so-so, a bit greasy and therefore a “commitment” - but what bothered me was the packaging. It’s a glass bottle, nice - but so much product gets left behind because of the pump and bottle - and this was after shaking it, tapping it (but not wanting to break the glass), etc. I found this really frustrating since I eventually just gave up.

I love Osea's anti-aging body balm. Due to the heavy bottle it's impossible to use all of the product. So much waste for an expensive balm. I won't be using again unless they change packaging allowing use of all the product.
OSEA® Malibu1 week agoHi! The Anti-Aging Body Balm has a unique consistency, much like coconut oil, which is one of the key ingredients. It can thicken up in cooler temperatures and become more liquid in warmer temperatures — this is completely natural and doesn’t affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. You might also notice a slight grittiness, which is a normal characteristic, similar to how coconut oil behaves. If you’re having trouble dispensing the product, we recommend removing the pump, moving it up and down quickly, and giving the product a little stir to help it pump out smoothly.
