Wow! So many good reviews. I really wanted to like this serum. It has a watery consistency, although the cooling effect from metal tip feels nice under the eyes
The company must have sold me an expired product or something, absolutely doesn't work at all after 2 months of usage. I'm thinking of giving this to a friend of mine...At this price point I expected a miracle under eye balm.

Received this item last week and am very disappointed with it. First of all, it irritated my eyes the first time I used it. It isn’t irritating anymore, but now it does absolutely nothing! Not worth my money at all.

I have just started the use for my older puffy eyes but already see a difference. It is cool and hydrating. I put mine in the frigerator to make it cold and helps even more of the puffiness.
