Received this item last week and am very disappointed with it. First of all, it irritated my eyes the first time I used it. It isn’t irritating anymore, but now it does absolutely nothing! Not worth my money at all.

I have just started the use for my older puffy eyes but already see a difference. It is cool and hydrating. I put mine in the frigerator to make it cold and helps even more of the puffiness.
