Out with the old. I used La Mer for decades, but in my mid-40s, during perimenopause, I’ve become more aware of endocrine disruptors in skincare. I was disappointed to learn that, despite its steep price, La Mer is not a clean brand. As someone who has battled hormonal imbalance and fibroids for years, I assumed premium meant safer ingredients—unfortunately, it didn’t. I’ve since moved to OSEA
This isn’t the most hydrating/plumping hyaluronic acid I’ve used. For very mature skin like mine, it feels quite basic. I need intense plumping and hydration, and this just didn’t deliver. The upside is that when I layer it with the Atmosphere Protection Cream in the day and Advanced Protection Cream at night, the results are far better. I think the creams do most of the heavy lifting for moisture. For me, this is a solid three-star product.

I have very dry skin. I’m 23 but I’m targeting anti aging and hydration. I also have rosacea.
I found this moisturizer to be unhelpful. It doesn’t really hydrate that much and it leaves your face feeling heavy and red.

I've been using this for about 2 weeks. Can't say that I see radical changes but my skin does seem firmer, healthier a little better coloring. The products go on well and you really only need a little bit because it goes a long way.
