FAQs
The Anti-Aging Body Balm has a unique consistency that is similar to coconut oil, one of the key ingredients in the formula. Just like coconut oil, it can become thicker in cooler temperatures, and become more liquid in warmer temperatures. This is a natural characteristic of the product and doesn't affect its quality or effectiveness. Additionally, you may notice a little bit of grit in the product, which is also a natural occurrence and similar to what you would see in coconut oil.
This rich and silky body balm can leave a pearl-like luminescence when applied to dry skin and leaves more of a matte finish when applied to damp skin. Apply to warm, damp skin right out of the shower for best absorption.

- Here's a step-by-step guide to help you unlock and use your pump effectively:
- 1. Hold your product firmly to prevent it from spinning as you try to unlock the pump.
- 2. Locate the small white plastic circle right below the pump's neck and hold it tightly.
- 3. Using your other hand, turn the pump counter clockwise to unlock it. Note that you do not need to push down while you twist, as our pumps do not 'pop up' once unlocked.
- 4. To prime the pump, press down a few times until the product dispenses.

I was hoping this balm performed like the previous Osea products I’ve purchased. Unfortunately, the
balm’s consistency doesn’t remain the same and is difficult to get out of the bottle. It’s kept in a dry dark place, and I’ve tried placing the bottle under warm water to loosen the balm, to no avail. I just purchased a spa bag for my daughter in law who loves Osea.. However, the balm is something I’m not going to purchase.

I really like these products. I especially like the anti-aging balm and the body oil. Another positive feature is the fragrance. I purchased a competitor and the products smell like tobacco. I cannot use them. Will bebody purchasing your body line again in the future.

I will be so honest, the price point intimidated me but I’m willing to spend whatever in order to have hydrated skin! My skin is SO SO SO dry and since moving to an arid climate, it’s so much worse. This moisturizer is the only thing that will help my skin retain moisture. I use it for my entire body minus my face (just because I prefer other products for my face) and it’s incredible! My husband even notices when I’m using this consistently because it moisturizes me so much better than other lotions. Customer for life on this product!

I really want to like this body balm . It’s hydrating and smells great, but it stays oily on the skin, longer than the time it takes for me to get ready, about 30 minutes. So if I use the body balm, I can’t wear silk blouses or anything nice, where I wouldn’t want oil marks on the item. I do feel like the hydration lasts a long time though. Oh and my pump bottle is 3/4 full, and the pump is no longer pumping out the body balm. I’m not sure what that’s all about.
The body butter does soak in better than the balm, just FYI.

I love this balm, it’s the only thing that lasts all day keeping me hydrated . I have the large size and have difficulty getting it out with the pump. This is something they should take a 2nd look at. This is why it only gets 4 stars.
