Undaria Algae™ Body Oil
Yes! This oil contains Undaria seaweed, so you may find naturally occurring seaweed sediment at the bottom of the bottle. It may not be visible at first, as it takes time to settle. This is normal and doesn't affect the product's quality or efficacy.
After cleansing with our Undaria Algae™ Body Wash, apply Hyaluronic Body Serum to dry or damp skin from the neck down. Then, generously massage Undaria Algae™ Body Oil as the last step in your body care ritual for silky, glowing skin. Undaria Algae™ Body Lotion or Undaria Algae™ Body Butter also work great layered under Undaria Algae™ Body Oil for an added boost of hydration.
It is typical for the Undaria Algae™ Body Oil to range in color from golden to emerald green. The color does not impact the quality or efficacy of the product.
To create this one-of-a-kind oil, we soak hand-harvested Undaria algae in barrels of oils to infuse the vitamins and minerals. Due to the artisanal manner of production, variation in color is normal.
We use all-natural ingredients to create the fragrance of our products. The scent may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Undaria Algae™ Body Lotion has been formulated for use on the body, so we don't suggest it for the face. To experience the benefits of Undaria seaweed on your face, try our lightweight Atmosphere Protection® Cream. If you’re looking for a fragrance-free option, try our Seabiotic® Water Cream or Advanced Protection Cream which also include Undaria seaweed and are suitable for sensitive skin.

I have used and loved this product for several years, and given it as gifts. But the product I received on 5/30 is not the same. It is different in color (almost neon yellow) scent (not good-I loved the old formulation’s scent), texture (it used to be smooth and absorb into the skin-the new formulation has some kind of thickener -corn syrup like-that is unpleasant and sits on skin. Very sad. this formulation is dreadful and I will no longer buy these products. Kristen

The color of the Undaria Algae seaweed can range from copper-gold to mossy green, which contributes to the variation you're seeing in the final product. This variation doesn't affect the quality or effectiveness! You can check out an example of the shade range on the product page here! Additionally, at OSEA, we use both essential oils and natural fragrances to create the aromas in our products. Essential oils are aromatic extracts concentrated from plants that retain the essence of their origin. Natural fragrance is a blend of aromatic compounds and essential oils extracted from different parts of plants including flowers and fruits. Because of these natural ingredients, the scent of the Body Oil can sometimes change over time and may occasionally bring forward a seaweed aroma.
