Advanced Protection Cream is fragrance-free, meaning there is no fragrance or essential oils added. However, you may detect a scent from some of the naturally derived ingredients in this formula.
One’s olfactory receptors (or sense of smell) differ from person to person so it is hard to describe what you might smell in a fragrance-free formula, but it could best be described as a bit “earthy” or “medicinal”. Please note the scent does not affect the product’s quality or efficacy.

Advanced Protection Cream leaves skin deeply moisturized and nourished without leaving a heavy or greasy residue.
The bio-retinol in our Advanced Protection Cream is an extract derived from bidens pilosa plant that acts as a safer, stable alternative to retinol, and visibly improves lines and wrinkles without irritation.
There is no need to start slowly or avoid specific ingredients (for example: AHAs or BHAs) like you would with other retinol products.
